HR Recruiter

Job Description

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop job descriptions.
  • Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g., social platforms, job boards, professional networks) and offline methods as needed.
  • Screen resumes and applications, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates' relevant skills and qualifications.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews, follow up with candidates, and facilitate communication between hiring managers and applicants.
  • Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment metrics to ensure efficiency in the hiring process.
  • Assist in organizing and participating in career fairs, recruitment events, and employer branding activities.
  • Collaborate with HR team members to improve recruitment processes and strategies Joining and exit formalities.

Education + Experience

    • Minimum Graduate preferred MBA
    • Proven experience (1.5-5 years) as an HR Recruiter or in a similar role.
    • Knowledge of various sourcing techniques and best practices for candidate assessment.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
    • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR databases.
