Job Description
- Perform various contracts and quantity surveying tasks, including pre-and post-contract administration, progress claims, final accounts, and tendering.
- Prepare quotations, estimate costs, and manage budgeting.
- Compile cost comparisons and provide recommendations.
- Ensure that engineering specifications and tender documents are accurately reflected in cost computations.
- Manage contractual matters related to cost and time with clients and subcontractors.
- Monitor project costs to ensure adherence to agreed budgets.
- Prepare and submit monthly progress claims and variation orders.
- Provide support to the sales and project teams.
- Additional duties as assigned by management.
Education + Experience
- Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Engineering (Civil/Architecture), Quantity Surveying, or equivalent.
- Experience: 3-5 years of working experience in a related field, preferably in residential interior design and build execution.
