Site Supervisor

Job Description

  • Perform various contracts and quantity surveying tasks, including pre-and post-contract administration, progress claims, final accounts, and tendering.
  • Prepare quotations, estimate costs, and manage budgeting.
  • Compile cost comparisons and provide recommendations.
  • Ensure that engineering specifications and tender documents are accurately reflected in cost computations.
  • Manage contractual matters related to cost and time with clients and subcontractors.
  • Monitor project costs to ensure adherence to agreed budgets.
  • Prepare and submit monthly progress claims and variation orders.
  • Provide support to the sales and project teams.
  • Additional duties as assigned by management.

 

Education + Experience

    • Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Engineering (Civil/Architecture), Quantity Surveying, or equivalent.
    • Experience: 3-5 years of working experience in a related field, preferably in residential interior design and build execution.
