Customer Relationship Executive

Job Description

  • Handle all client phone call inquiries generated from marketing activities such as newspaper inserts, ads, or references.
  • Validate client information according to company criteria and record it in internal databases.
  • Schedule appointments for clients to visit the experience center, greet them upon arrival, and facilitate initial interactions with design teams.
  • Act as the intermediary between clients and design teams during the initial requirements-gathering phase.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings between clients and internal teams, giving tours of the experience center as needed.
  • Follow up with clients, reschedule visits if necessary, and provide internal teams with updates.
  • Maintain accurate and diligent records of all client meetings and visits.

Education + Experience

    • Qualification: Preferably a Master’s/Bachelor’s degree.
    • Experience: 2-3 years in client relations, particularly in handling HNI clients within the luxury sector.
