CCE - Inbound (Calling Process)

Job Description

We are hiring freshers/experience for the position of Customer Care Executive (CCE) in our inbound calling process. The primary responsibility of the CCE will be to handle incoming customer calls, address inquiries, provide solutions, and ensure customer satisfaction. This is a great opportunity for individuals with good communication skills.

  • Answering incoming customer calls promptly and professionally
  • Listening to customers' concerns and inquiries with empathy and patience
  • Providing accurate information and assistance regarding products or services
  • Resolving customer issues effectively and efficiently
  • Escalating complex problems to the appropriate department or supervisor when necessary
  • Maintaining customer records and updating information in the database
  • Ensuring high-quality service delivery and customer satisfaction
  • Adhering to company policies and procedures

Education + Experience

    • Education: Minimum qualification of a Bachelor's degree (UG/Graduate)
    • Freshers and candidates with prior experience are welcome to apply
    • Good communication skills, both verbal and written
    • Fluency in English is mandatory
    • Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with ERP systems is a plus
    • Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle a high volume of calls
    • Good interpersonal skills and a customer-focused mindset
    • Ability to work independently as well as in a team
