Performance Marketing Manager

Job Description

1. Campaign Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive performance marketing strategies to
achieve user acquisition and revenue goals.
2. Digital Advertising: Plan and manage digital advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google
Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and other relevant channels.
3. SEO and SEM: Optimize website content for search engines and manage paid search campaigns to
increase organic and paid traffic.
4. Analytics and Reporting: Utilize analytics tools to monitor, analyze, and report on key performance
metrics. Make data-driven recommendations to enhance campaign performance.
5. Budget Management: Efficiently manage marketing budgets to maximize ROI and achieve predefined
KPIs.
6. Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize landing
pages and user journeys for improved conversion rates.
7. A/B Testing: Conduct A/B testing on various campaign elements to identify and implement successful
strategies.
8. Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging digital
marketing technologies.
9. Collaboration: Work closely with the creative and content teams to ensure alignment between
marketing campaigns and overall brand messaging.

Education + Experience

    1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
    2. A minimum of 4 years of experience is a prerequisite for this position.
    3. Proven experience as a Performance Marketing Manager.
    4. Demonstrable expertise in managing digital advertising campaigns and optimizing for performance.
    5. Proficiency in Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and other relevant marketing tools.
    6. Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to interpret and leverage data to make
    informed decisions.
    7. Excellent communication and project management skills.
    8. Up-to-date knowledge of digital marketing trends and best practices.
