Job Description

  • The candidate will be responsible for providing legal representation and advice to clients in various legal matters.
  • Handling a diverse range of cases in Civil, Criminal, Consumer, and Labour laws.
  • Conducting legal research, drafting legal documents, and preparing legal opinions.
  • Representing clients in Delhi District Courts.
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Effectively communicating with clients, opposing counsels, and the judiciary.
  • Negotiating and mediating to resolve disputes and achieve favorable outcomes for clients.
  • Adhering to ethical standards and maintaining client confidentiality.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong legal knowledge and expertise in Civil, Criminal, Consumer, and Labour laws.
  • Courtroom experience and familiarity with Delhi District Courts.
  • Ability to handle multiple cases, manage deadlines, and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Good personality traits, including professionalism and client management skills.

Education + Experience

    1. Education: The candidate must have completed a Law degree from a reputed College/University. It is important to note that the degree should not be from Chaudhary Charan Singh University or Bundelkhand University.

    2. Work Experience: The candidate should have a minimum of 6-8 years of work experience in a law firm. This experience should include handling cases in Civil, Criminal, Consumer, and Labour laws.

    3. Career Path: The candidate should have either continued working with law firms as an advocate or lawyer, or they should have started an independent practice after gaining experience in a law firm.

    4. Court Experience: The candidate must have handled cases at the Delhi District Courts. This indicates their familiarity with the court procedures and their ability to represent clients in the Delhi jurisdiction.

    5. Strong Legal Knowledge: The candidate should have a comprehensive understanding of Civil, Criminal, Consumer, and Labour laws. They should be able to apply this knowledge effectively in their cases.

    6. Good Personality: The candidate should possess a good personality, which implies professionalism, excellent communication skills, confidence, and the ability to build and maintain client relationships.

    7. Salary Expectation: The desired candidate is someone who is currently earning between 18-35 Lac per year. This indicates a preference for experienced and successful advocates.
