Job Description

  • Manage client communication and ensure an excellent client experience.
  • Deliver projects as per committed timelines and desired quality standards.
  • Gather and share project information with stakeholders.
  • Maintain strong relationships with contractors, suppliers, and designers.
  • Ensure site execution adheres to standard processes and quality standards.
  • Track and plan site activities according to the Master Project Schedule, identify risks, and plan alternate on-site work execution strategies.
  • Verify bills submitted by contractors and suppliers after checking on-site measurements.
  • Coach and train Project Executives to follow standard practices for on-site execution and reporting.

Education + Experience

    • Qualification: B.Arch/B.E. (Civil) or Diploma in Project Management.
    • Experience: Extensive experience in high-end residential interiors, with strong project management and technical skills.

Required keyskills
