Business Development Executive (Blue Caller)

Job Description

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the blue-collar segment.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients in industries such as manufacturing, construction, logistics, etc.
  • Understand clients' requirements for blue-collar workforce and propose suitable staffing solutions.
  • Collaborate with the recruitment team to source, screen, and place skilled blue-collar workers.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets by effectively managing client relationships and expanding the client base.
  • Provide timely and accurate reports on sales activities, pipeline, and market feedback.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.

Education + Experience

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
    • Proven experience (2-7 years) in business development, preferably in the blue-collar segment.
    • Strong understanding of blue-collar workforce requirements and recruitment processes.
    • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
    • Ability to thrive in a target-driven environment and meet sales goals.
