Job Description
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the blue-collar segment.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients in industries such as manufacturing, construction, logistics, etc.
- Understand clients' requirements for blue-collar workforce and propose suitable staffing solutions.
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to source, screen, and place skilled blue-collar workers.
- Meet and exceed sales targets by effectively managing client relationships and expanding the client base.
- Provide timely and accurate reports on sales activities, pipeline, and market feedback.
- Keep abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
Education + Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2-7 years) in business development, preferably in the blue-collar segment.
- Strong understanding of blue-collar workforce requirements and recruitment processes.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to thrive in a target-driven environment and meet sales goals.
