Job Description

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with their queries, provide information, and address any concerns or issues they may have.
  • Ensure a high level of customer service by actively listening to customers, understanding their needs, and providing appropriate solutions or guidance.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues or escalate them when necessary.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures while delivering exceptional service to customers.
  • Meet or exceed performance targets, including call quality, customer satisfaction, and productivity goals.
  • Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English, both verbal and written.
  • Strong customer service orientation with the ability to empathize, assist, and build rapport with customers.
  • UG (Undergraduate) or Graduate degree from a recognized institution.
  • Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
  • Ability to handle customer interactions professionally, efficiently, and with a positive attitude.
  • Good problem-solving skills to identify and resolve customer concerns effectively.
  • Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing customer demands.
  • Basic computer literacy and the ability to navigate through systems and software

Education + Experience

    • Minimum educational qualification of UG (Undergraduate) or Graduate degree from a recognized institution.
    • Both freshers and experienced candidates can apply for the positions.
    • Prior experience in customer service, call center, or related roles is a plus, but not mandatory.
    • Candidates with excellent communication skills and a customer-centric mindset are encouraged to apply.
