Job Description
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with their queries, provide information, and address any concerns or issues they may have.
- Ensure a high level of customer service by actively listening to customers, understanding their needs, and providing appropriate solutions or guidance.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues or escalate them when necessary.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures while delivering exceptional service to customers.
- Meet or exceed performance targets, including call quality, customer satisfaction, and productivity goals.
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English, both verbal and written.
- Strong customer service orientation with the ability to empathize, assist, and build rapport with customers.
- UG (Undergraduate) or Graduate degree from a recognized institution.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
- Ability to handle customer interactions professionally, efficiently, and with a positive attitude.
- Good problem-solving skills to identify and resolve customer concerns effectively.

Education + Experience
- Minimum educational qualification of UG (Undergraduate) or Graduate degree from a recognized institution.
- Both freshers and experienced candidates can apply for the positions.
- Prior experience in customer service, call center, or related roles is a plus, but not mandatory.
