Job Description

  • Meet and greet clients, ensuring a warm and friendly environment at all times.
  • Handle various front desk tasks and inquiries efficiently.
  • Manage administrative responsibilities, including plants, flowers, ambience, pantry, safety, and housekeeping.
  • Coordinate with external vendors, agencies, and consultants to execute tasks and address any disruptions promptly.
  • Maintain records of all incoming and outgoing documents, parcels, materials, and couriers.
  • Oversee housekeeping, pantry, driver, security, office boy, and runner boy staff, ensuring accurate records of attendance and leaves.
  • Demonstrate a proactive attitude in solving any issues that may affect the client's experience.
  • Act as the go-to person for inventory management and office-related procurement.
  • Ensure safety measures are followed, with emergency materials readily available.
  • Keep management informed about current news or social situations that may impact safety.
  • Plan and manage festivities creatively, coordinating with teams and managing budgets.
  • Provide tours of the experience center if needed.

Education + Experience

    • Qualification: Preferably a Master’s/Bachelor’s/Diploma degree.
    • Experience: 5-8 years of experience in client relations, preferably handling HNI clients at a luxury brand company (hospitality/aviation industry experience is also considered).
